Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pgd33 platform — including its website, mobile browser version, games, sportsbook, payment services, and customer support channels — you (the "Player" or "User") acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and pgd33.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

pgd33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes that affect existing players' rights will be communicated via email to the registered account address where practicable.

1.2 Supplementary Terms

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms that apply to individual offers. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

1.3 Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event that a translation is made available in any other language for the convenience of players, the English version shall be the authoritative and controlling version in all circumstances.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Age Verification

pgd33 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to: a valid national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our request will result in account suspension until verification is completed. Any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be withheld pending completion of the verification process.

2.2 Underage Access

pgd33 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned in full to the payment method used for deposit. Any winnings accrued will be voided. pgd33 encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of pgd33 services — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it promptly should any details change.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is strictly permitted to maintain only one active pgd33 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether in the same name, using different identities, or via shared devices or IP addresses — is prohibited. pgd33 employs technical and manual controls to detect multiple account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pgd33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify pgd33 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Account Ownership

pgd33 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will render it liable to immediate closure.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

pgd33 supports a range of BDT payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka and are subject to the following terms.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your gaming wallet within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation.
• pgd33 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pgd33 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion, including where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions, subject to account verification status.
• Players must complete the identity verification process before their first withdrawal can be approved.
• pgd33 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified of any such review.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are as specified in the Payments section of your account dashboard.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

pgd33 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of any AML review. Funds that are identified as potentially derived from illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and will not be returned.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

pgd33 offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, all bonuses awarded by pgd33 are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion description. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will remain in a restricted balance until the wagering requirement is fully met.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly allow stacking.
• pgd33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Players who self-exclude or activate a time-out will forfeit any active bonus balance and associated wagering progress.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any strategy, betting pattern, or behaviour deemed by pgd33 to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedged betting to complete wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or coordinated abuse by groups of players — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that have not been activated or whose wagering requirements have not been met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the account without compensation.

Section 6

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pgd33 platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By playing any game on pgd33, you agree to be bound by that game's individual rules in addition to these Terms.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All slot games, table games, and instant games on pgd33 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. pgd33 does not control or interfere with the RNG systems of its game providers. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the game system.

6.2 Sportsbook & Cricket Betting

Odds are subject to change up until the event commences. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and market suspension rules. pgd33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a result has already been determined at the time of placing the bet.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or interruption to any game session, pgd33 will make all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and resolve the situation equitably. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected game round may be voided and any stakes for that round refunded. pgd33's decision in all malfunction matters is final. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

6.4 Responsible Use of Game Features

Auto-spin, turbo, and other speed-of-play features are provided for convenience only. pgd33 encourages all players to maintain active awareness of their gaming session regardless of which features are in use. Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to interact with pgd33 games is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the pgd33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or the sportsbook.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage, regardless of whether the exploit results in financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the pgd33 platform for money laundering purposes.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions more than once.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pgd33 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with pgd33's software, website, or security systems.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account ownership to any third party.

Section 8

Account Closure & Suspension

Either party — the Player or pgd33 — may initiate the closure of a player account, subject to the conditions set out below.

8.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting pgd33 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to stop gambling permanently may request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is an irreversible action that permanently blocks access to the pgd33 platform. Players seeking self-exclusion should contact [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of confirmation. Any real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

8.3 Suspension or Closure by pgd33

pgd33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information.
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• pgd33 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is closed by pgd33 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited in full. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player conduct, the verified real-money balance will be returned.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgd33 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to the following.

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform, whether from game outcomes, betting results, or jackpot non-wins.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of service due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond pgd33's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain account security.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game or odds data provided by third-party suppliers.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, regardless of the cause.

9.1 Platform Availability

pgd33 strives to maintain platform availability around the clock; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. pgd33 is not liable for any loss incurred as a result of downtime, whether planned or unplanned.

9.2 Third-Party Content

Games, odds feeds, and other content provided by third-party suppliers are the responsibility of those suppliers. pgd33 makes no warranty as to the accuracy, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability of third-party content. Any dispute regarding the fairness of a game outcome supplied by a third-party provider should be raised with pgd33 support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on the player's behalf.

Section 10

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international commercial law, to the extent permitted by applicable local law.

10.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Player and pgd33, the Player must first raise the matter formally with our customer support team at [email protected]. pgd33 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 10 business days. All disputes should be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute; claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

10.2 Final Decisions

pgd33's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account status, and platform operations is final and binding, subject to the Player's right to escalate unresolved disputes through formal legal channels. pgd33 will provide a written explanation of its decision upon request.
